A companion piece to Zira, from 2010.

I actually hadn't drawn Lion King fanart seriously for at least two years when I drew Nuka here. I had developed quite a bit since I effectively quit TLKFAA and felt I was ready to try it again and do some real justice to one of our favorite characters, Nuka.

Like I said in the previous submission, I've been working on a Lion-King-but-better style for some time now, and Nuka was the perfect candidate for utilizing it, because of how exaggerated his features are and how consistently ill-drawn he is in the film. I wanted to do him more like a real lion, but still be the scruffy goofball he is.
