I was listening to Generation O!, and had also recently watched a lot of Kablam! and its occasional songs got me to thinking how much I like kid-oriented pop punk and power pop, and I got inspired to draw a character that expressed that.

I was going for a general late-'90s/early 2000s thick-line style, not really specific to any particular channel. She mostly looks like something from Kids WB or PBS or something similar to me.
She also wound up a lot taller than I expected.
