This was one of my first attempts at photo realism. I know it did not turn out to be entirely photo realistic but there was an attempt!

I have a technique that I use on painted portraits if I want to try and make them appear more life like. It's a mix of using the colorize feature in photoshops neural filters as well as smudging with dark/luminosity blend mode and the camera raw filter.
