Bedwyr is my shameless yet obligatory Welsh insert character within my world and I built a whole new sorta of draconic people around his concept to build on the idea each stretch of the world has its sub-race of draconian people. This is an older design and I'll probably change how his hair behaves sometimes for ArtFight but I like this enough to post it!
