So started to work on this since April the 16th and I think I finally finished it. I didn't work on it everyday or every week since I'm unfortunately very busy with college right now and I honestly didn't like it at first but was too stubborn to give up. At the same time I do appreciate it - I originally made it to practice humans since I'm really bad at drawing faces and for a story I'm working on; I'm just artistically not quite there I think.
It could look better and there are mistakes but I think the end result is alright, some places look really good. Sometimes you simply have to leave an artwork be before you add too much and ruin it (called "verkünsteln" in German, I wonder if English has a similar word)
I really, REALLY love Art Nouveau and especially baroque stuff, I just can't really draw it or incorporate it in my art often.
By the way, this has 90 layers (40 of which aren't needed and I just made because I was paranoid lol). Don't forget to name your layers with big projects, it kinda helps.
Also this was my first time drawing roses (I love them). I should have def. used more references or a rose-drawing tutorial; they aren't easy flowers.
