Death is a spider and I've been very invested in Silksong, so I thought it would be interesting to re-imagine them as a Hollow Knight character. Their weapon of choice in this setting is a double-pointed needle (the knitting tool) which they wield like a spear.

After drawing this, I toyed with the idea of Death being a void vessel made by a Weaver, since being Void would match the lore of their regular self. If I do go with that idea, I'd need to adjust their design to more resemble a vessel. Hornet would likely fight them, resulting in a boss fight against a tall spider with a very long, ranged weapon that Hornet can't easily dash away from. It would be essential to learn Death's telegraphs and not be in the way of their dpn before it's too late to dodge it.
