Back on my creating OC shit once again. Hugo the name, and he's a pyormaniac who should not be left alone for any period of time. As we can see here this is what happens when you do. Also used the Crashsune Academy lowpoly tutorial for this guy. It came out so good I plan on revisting my TVsona just to redo his design.
