This is a joke icon that was made by me in our chat in VK! The character's name is Озерница (spelled like "Ozyornitsa", "Ozero" in the name means "Lake", if I was translating her name, I'd choose something like Lakeleaf or Lakeflower 'cuz of her kind nature :з), she's a mascot of a VK group. The reference for this art was an icon (icons!) of miHoYo games 'cuz of how many we talk about Honkai and other games of this company. This was a running joke, so I made this icon, just because I can! >:DD
