(3,100 lbs in poke form) Appearance: Kage Kyurem is a giant purple and black Kyurem with glowing yellow eyes that turn red when using Shadow Moves. In his human form, he is a tall athletic looking young man with a pale bluish skin tone. He has mid long spiky black hair with purple highlights and purple eyes with red cat-like pupils and black sclera that turn yellow when transforming or mad. Wears a greyish-black trench coat-like uniform with purple flames on the sleeves and a kanji symbol on the back meaning Black Ice, black work pants with a purple belt and size 10 black metal work boots with spike studs on the ends. Wears a pair of black shades to conceal his eyes and metal studded work gloves. Personality: Cold and calculating, Kage Kyurem is a highly intelligent Pokemon that takes his job seriously and does it to the letter. Has no time for japes and jokes but appreciates dark humor especially when dealing with someone that abuses Pokemon or has just angered him in general and wants to torment them for the fun of it, hinting at a sadistic and vindictive side. Is loyal to Lord Arceus and will conduct investigations on his orders if there's rumors of Villainous Organizations snooping around and trying to capture Legendary Pokemon for their goals. Rather curious about the origins of Shadow Pokemon and will sometimes search for clues about them. Background: By chance of strange fate, Kage was born a Shadow Pokemon to two ordinary Kyurem in a Mountainous Forest area in Unova. He grew up mostly alone and isolated as the other Pokemon were wary and thought of him as an ill omen due to his appearance and use of the shadow version of poke moves. Was soon found by Lady Rayquaza who had heard about him from rumors and wanted to see what was the fuss about the odd dragon child. Taken to Lord Arceus to figure out the issue with him and eventually he was trained to act as his agent to monitor the various villain organizations of the Pokemon World along with reporting corrupt politicians and abusive Pokemon Trainers.
