Mimic for the Kitsune Trail AU!! I really like him chat...

Before the Clean Sweepstakes and when he was Duo the Cat infiltrating the Resistance and the Diamond Cutters, Mimic met a dragon by the name of Thistle. As per playing his part, he acted friendly with the dragon (even if he got on the octopus' nerves). But then came the scary unknown feeling in his chest. He didn't want to get attached. Not as himself. He had a job to do. Thistle made it harder though as he made things like his new gloves and a scarf made from his own scales.

However after the Clean Sweepstakes and Mimic being found out and forced into hiding, he did manage to find Thistle who left the Resistance from the stress of Lanolin, being duped by Clutch...and having conflicting feelings with Mimic who he thought was Duo. Mimic thought it was for the best. He knew what he was and he didn't need (or rather deserve anyone). (Left image)

Mimic was employed by Clutch once more with Eggman finding out about him as blackmail. Once Clutch changed, Mimic fled again. But then the thoughts of Thistle returned. These feelings were foreign to him... It angered him. He had to know what it was that drew him to Thistle. So he put on a new look and the scarf Thistle made as a reminder of his current mission. He had to know so he can get back to his original goal with taking out Whisper. (Right image)

But...will that be what he truly wants to do anymore...?
