I was gonna make Monster Hunter themed Mobian adopts and then thought about this design so hard and I got attached.

Thistle comes from a privileged upbringing and was spoiled rotten growing up. But he did want to gain his own independence as he got older. He left home not long after the Metal Virus Outbreak.

Despite his extremely perky behavior, he's not as naive as people may think. He knows everything about the ongoing events of the world and aspires to be someone that helps make the world as safe as possible. He joins the Resistance as a craftsman as while he CAN fight and has fire and water abilities, he's not...great at using them. He loves to make things like clothes and accessories but knows how to make weapons or weld things with his fire breath.

During his time in his Resistance is when he becomes VERY attached to Duo the Cat. Little does he know he's going to learn a lot by meeting him...

Thistle can breath fire and naturally likes sunbathing. But the fur on his head, neck and tail are soft yet slick. It CAN dry out if the environment around him is dry however, leaving the fur soft like velvet. His scleras change color if angered (which is rare. And you don't WANT to make him angry.) Thistle tends to wear his heart on his sleeve and can be overly apologetic when he knows he did something wrong.
