Noise Counterpart to Peppiku. I call her The Voice. I wonder why i don't see as many fun Teto designs. I like her, she's my favorite. <3
Fun things to note: she wears a mechanical helmet disguised as hair, with twindrills attached. Those twindrills double as rockets. This is not mechanically sound irl, but luckily I don't have to abide by the laws of the real world. Her actual hair is a dark red, but i used black for simplicity's sake. I hope you love her as much as i do. She and Peppiku are my pride and joy.
