This picture hails from 2016 when I was struck by depression. After being away from home for 2 months for internship I also lost my 12 years old Cockatiel just a few days after getting back to my pets, and those times were some of the darkest ones I've went through. So this picture doesn't carry happy memories along, but looking at it again and thinking about those times, so much has changed. Even if I saw no light in my life or my future back in those days, I got through the darkness. Depression is something that's currently behind me even if I can't say I'd see much light in my future even today, but I just try not to think about it too much and concentrate on the life I'm living now. I have my two Conures and my dog even after all the health issues she's been through lately, and I'm thankful for having such sweet creatures by my side. And that's what matters to me the most.

Not too sure what else to say. Except I'm sorry for you guys who have 1080px resolution on your screens. I made and resized this on my old laptop where it looked all good, and the image is terribly small on my new computer too. Can't bother digging up the original file, though.
