bronwynn is a cryptozoologist in a world where cryptids and aliens and ghosts do actually exist, but are rare and understudied. she faced a lot of mockery for her weird hobby, including her boyfriend breaking up with her in the middle of the country. the exact same night, she finds an alien that calls themself a star collector in a crater curled up because they lost all their stars in the crash. bronwynn names them silver and allows them to move in with her. silver, who has lived alone in space their whole life, is very quiet and introverted, and enjoys bronwynn's big house in the middle of nowhere. they go on ghost hunting adventures often :]
