Description: Male, tall at 5'10 with an athletic swimmer physique weighing at 160 pounds. Pale blue skin, purple eyes with green sclera and short spikey white hair. Has a blue halo cross like wheel floating behind his back with jewels attached at the four points. Attire consists of a white hooded robe, gold cuirass with the symbols of the Sinjoh Ruins Mystri Stage and Sinnoh Badges along with a grey key stone worn on a white z power ring on his left hand and spiked metal toed work boots. His poke form resembles that of Arceus except with blue fur on the body. Hair and Eye color change depending on what plate he's using.
Place of Living/Origin: The Hall of Origin.
Likes: training, his parents, collecting the fossils of pokemon, video games, history, sandwiches, godtube and chocolate.
Dislikes: all of the villainous teams, pokemon poachers, abusive pokemon trainers, gods of destruction who don't do their jobs and incompetent fighters/pokemon trainers.
Personality: highly intelligent, honest, aloof, calm, indifferent, remorseless, dry humored and mischievous.

Background: The son of Vados and Arceus. Originally born to act as an Attendant to the Alpha Pokemon and to keep an eye on the Poke World and what goes on in it. Mostly watches from afar and out of sight, but will act if situations turn serious. Shiner, like the rest of his family, has a neutral if not cold attitude towards mortals but has no problem putting them in their place if they're causing trouble or mouthing off.
