Appearance: A tall and muscular young looking man, Basilikos has the typical Mediterranean skin tone, short black hair and black eyes. Wears a modern day Spartan Uniform. In his Ghost Rider form his skin turns the color of white ash, hair becomes a fiery white-blue and eyes turn fiery white.
Personality: Basilikos is a stubborn prideful man, sometimes gets into fights with others and can be downright ruthless if he feels someone is trying to trick or control him. Like many Spartans he has a grim outlook on life, sometimes making dark humored jokes that would unnerve others while he laughs at their reactions. However, he can be whimsical and thoughtful when he has to along with being rather diplomatic which surprises those who know him. While he does come off as a grouchy, grim looking man to some, Basilikos is realistic when it comes to current events and is willing to offer advice to those willing to listen.
Background: One of the many various soldiers under King Leonidas I at the Battle of Thermopylae during the second Persian invasion of Greece. Like so many, Basiliskos expected that he would die in the battle against the Persians and even embraced it. However, in an odd twist of fate he was cursed in a way by a Demon known as Mephistopheles into becoming the first known Ghost Rider as the Demon needed an agent on Earth to do his work and as a means of entertainment. Fast Forward to the near future where Humanity is in the Space Age, Basiliskos is free of Mephisto's will and is a Spectre for the Citadel Council.
