Part of an unrecognized organized crime unit (akin to a family in actuality), Oiwa is the woman for all your black market needs. Need a body? She’ll find one and might add in an extra if you’re cute.

A life of poverty and crime is all she’s ever known, only having a taste of the elite life through the materialistic items parted with the recently deceased. Surprisingly, she doesn’t yearn for a lavish life. Oiwa is completely content with the struggles of her life and she wouldn’t have it any other way. All she needs is her family and she’s set!

Oiwa’s not the brightest but she makes up for that with her charisma and down-to-earth personality. She loves to provide for her loved ones, even if it’s not in the conventional sense. She takes pride in her work, in and out of crime. Incredibly resourceful and quite fond of seafood, especially fish. Bad with her money but never a dollar short if a person in need asks.

When on the job, she’ll snoop into her clients’ lives, even if that’s not a part of the job requirement. Her nosiness ends up costing her heart! She’s completely smitten with her most recent client, Myra, and she won’t stop until she learns more about the unsociable scientist.
