If you just cringed at the title I am both sorry and not sorry. I did it as a bit of a callback to my very first journal entry I posted when I first joined Deviantart way back in the ancient year of 2007. Ah, those were good times... Shame what happened to that site nowadays, but what can ya do? The world changes as it always does, including the world of cyberspace.
Ah right, intros. The name's WK_0, but you can call me Zero for short! I'm what you would call a fantastical automaton of prolific innovation of the anthropomorphic variety—in other words I'm a guy on the web who likes to pretend he's a cartoon robot who draws furries and androids and can't stop daydreaming complex stories for them. Yanno what the kids say these days, make what you love and live your best life. That is what the kids say, right?
Right now my gallery's pretty barren though, so I guess it'll take some time before I can eventually show what I'm all about, rather than just talk. I figured I'd type up a quick intro anyways, for anyone who ended up coming my way out of curiosity. As a Sheezy newbie I'm trying to make my good first impressions, yanno? Leave some nice comments, fave awesome artworks, leave some good vibes for folks to thrive off of. I honestly am kinda surprised I haven't seen a lotta folks utilising comments on anyone's artwork and stuff, but maybe that's just me. Hopefully I ain't being too talkative for anyone's comfort.
Interests? Oh, right, I forget folks here like to list their interests to sorta get a conversation flowing, but in all honesty mine are pretty bare-bones. I could go on about being a fan of some older animated movies like Rock-a-Doodle, Nightmare Before Christmas, Cats Don't Dance, or that my music tastes tend to range from Linkin Park to Halley Labs to Starset to Depeche Mode, or that I like to collect the occasional cassette tape, VHS tape, and vinyl record because I remember those mediums when they were still around (except for vinyl, I think they were dying out when I was a kid, but my dad still kept his collection which I eventually inherited), but if experience has taught me anything it's that a lot of what I like just ain't all that special to anyone but me so I kinda don't bother to bring them up in conversation unless folks ask. If anything I can go on for a long while about what I'm working on moreso than what I happen to like, which I think I'll most likely use these Sheezy journals for. Or I dunno. I'm still trying to figure how I can go about using my little space here, since I haven't actually had to maintain an online art gallery in so long. I can figure that out in between some of the projects I'm working on.
So I guess, with nothing else to talk about for now and nothing to note with what I'm working on in the background, I'll close out this first entry with a friendly hello and an open invitation for anyone who's stumbled upon my little corner of the site to say hi, ask questions, poke a stick at me and see what I do, whatever y'all can think up. I've been liking Sheezy's new incarnation so far, but I wanna see more folks interact! Don't be shy now!
But yeah, until next time. Stay fuzzy, dudes.
