i didn't intend to go whole hog while painting this, but i wanted to try a coloring technique i've seen a lot - of putting gray in shadows - to see if i could make it look nice. i think it looks okay. maybe less good on the fruit because of the brighter colors? i dunno. color doesn't come naturally to me, so it's a long learning process.

but anyway, this is my lopunny character. i decided to name her clementine, because they are the tastiest of the citrus fruits, and their blossoms are very cute.
