It wasn’t until her trip to Big Mountain that she first found idols in the Think Tank and in Dr Mobius. While she finds the Think Tank’s, to quote Dr Klein, “methods of researchology” questionable at best, their endless knowledge is invaluable to her, especially after the events of New Vegas.

Heeding Ulysses’ warning, at long last Sadie finally finds her first research project: the Tunnelers.

She builds a Securitron (Jenny) and upgrades her to the JEN III OS, an OS that Sadie designed to detect Tunnelers from upwards of 5 miles underground and defend against them. Their defenses include a special casing around Securitrons that Tunnelers cannot grip onto, preventing the Securitrons from getting swarmed, among several other upgrades.

This is something that would’ve taken her much longer without the help of the Think Tank, namely Dr Borous, 0, and Mobius (if she caught him on a Mentat binge anyway /hj).

The JEN III OS is then implemented into every Securitron, securing Vegas' protection.
