A much older artwork that was originally designed as a contest entry that didn't end up going anywhere unfortunately. I'm still very proud of the work put into her design however, so I decided to keep her. <3

So I ended up using her as another character for one of my AUs, she fitting into Ancienttale as it needs more characters anyway to help fill in the world full of 'life'. Her name is Sticks, a literal forest fawn that changes with the seasons.

Once a happy soul, Sticks would have once been known as the forest frolicker, she also being like a living totem of the woods. Once child-like and playful, she was forced to mature at a faster rate growing up to learn the ways of survival in the growing harshness of their world. She lives out in the wilderness for obvious reasons, though stays nearby towns and settlements as she is also a social being. Even if she feels at home among the trees, she still enjoys the company of sentient folk and tends to teach others of the effects and health benefits that different plant life can offer. Sticks had figured that learning the life of the land isn't just about the creatures that live on it, but what the soil too offers to help make the lives of many better and healthier as well.
