The Plasma Shotgun uses High Energy Ionized Gas, or Plasma, taken from a plasma battery to shoot various plasma energy pellets, which can reduce anyone unlucky to ashes.
It's secondary function is a charged shot, which focuses plasma for a bigger, more lethal shot, at the cost of more "ammunition" spent (5 plasma units/shots)
