So I've had ants coming into my house for the past few weeks. They seem to be very interested in my kitchen bin which is super annoying as no matter how much I clean it they come back. I did manage to clean out my pantry last night as they were going there as well and now they seem less interested.

Does anyone know a good way to properly get rid of ants? I do have a cat so it would have to be something that wouldn't hurt her
