These two guys are supposed to be SCPs I made (SCP-XXXX for now). They’re basically anti-littering enforcers. If you litter within eyeshot more than five times, they’ll turn you into plastic and shove you into the nearest recycling bin. They’re always smiling. Always holding hands, and have huge googly eyes on their faces. About 7 feet tall.

When people litter, this is how it goes.

1. You litter. They are still smiling and pick it up, give it to you, and point to the nearest trash/recycling bin depending on the thing. A gentle nudge, just in case you forgot. Eyes are still jumbled, pupils in random directions.

2. You litter again. They frown and make direct eye contact with you, pupils can move on their own now. They grab the litter and forcefully make you throw it away.

3. Same steps as 2, but instead they follow you around for months and months, basically psychological torture.

4. If you continue to litter, they become violent, [REDACTED], and shove you into the nearest waste bin before returning to their idle state of smiling & pupils bouncing around in their eyes.

They are composed of little bits of plastic and paper on the inside, felt and a soft fur-like material on the outside. No sign of any organic matter on or in these guys.
