The Admiral of the Isel Military situated in Alpha Gliopas, Admiral Sapphire was once in the military as a weapons designer. She designed the Slumber Device that was intended to lull the Mycon into a deep state of slumber in order to make a sneak attack on them. But after the device was used on a Melnorme Trader making its usual rounds on a supergiant star, the Isel decided that using the device would only cause more chaos.

Sapphire herself is a deeply caring individual, not only about the fate of her people, but also about the fate of the New Alliance of Free Stars.

The Isels' names are inspired by minerals, so Sapphire is named after the sapphire stone(hence her dark shades of blue).
