If you don't know the reference, then I'll tell you here: the movie "Back to the Future 3" has a super-silly scene in which Doctor Emmet Brown passes out after drinking a shot of whiskey and Marty McFly has to wake him up somehow. So a pair of bartenders make what they call "Wake Up Juice"(which consists of green pepper juice, Tabasco sauce, cayenne pepper, chili pepper flakes and mustard seed) and then Doc Brown reacts to it and runs out to dunk his head in the horse trough. This scene NEVER fails to make me laugh every single time I see it!
