AT LAST i updated my sona's old ref. i did this cus i wanted to make a video speedpaint thing talking about what goes into a sona and why mine is like this but then was like Yk i dont have an updated ref of my sona. Might as well turn this into one. And so I Did because he's simple enough LOL
i know people discourage shading refs but i am so pilled on picking my own colors instead of eyedropping + think he's simple enough that i just went ahead and did so anyway OOPS.
didn't note this on the ref but i'm experimenting with giving him little eyelashes to try and experiment with the fact that i'm not really trying to present as any gender in particular. i lean more masculine but ill always be pretty and cutesy This i can never shed and that's perfectly okay and i enjoy this
