On days when you are struggling be it with grief, anxiety, loneliness, or whatever difficult emotion that you are feeling, take a moment to sit with your pain, and listen to it. Listen to the voice in your head and give yourself comfort. Allow yourself to feel your emotion fully, rather than stuffing it down for later. Give your pain the space to be felt, and a listening ear.

It’s okay to feel. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. Be you own best friend and advocate. 🤍
