Personality: 

Navi comes of as a stereotypical rich kid often enough. She may not have a cliche any longer but she knows what she's doing when it comes to gossip and ruining reputations. She also knows how to discredit rival business and spread misinformation. She is not someone to piss off even if she can't cause you too much damage. She tries to not associate very large clumsy people, she’s not fond of being squished.

Navi enjoys clean and organized environments and will spend lots of time organizing and cleaning everything . This can be from organizing papers, files, cleaning her living space, and dusting her personal collection. She does enjoy writing stories. She does also enjoy adding random ideas she has to bulletins.. If one were to get to know her, you would find out about her stash of fan fiction for strangers of all kinds.  

. She is easy to bribe and more importantly enjoys scale models for ships for air and water. She is however spoiled and will get upset when she does not get what she want.  These tantrums can be a pain but she is mostly harmless and will go whine to someone who will listen to her. Also not take responsibility if she did something wrong. It is all someone elses fault.

History: 
Navi is from a pretty wealthy family of electrical rodents in Lumiose City. Having a large stake in electronics stock and also dealing in production of items for smaller pokemon as well as electric types. As a result Navi grew up in a very luxurious environment and as a result is very spoiled.  Like all of her siblings, she was expected to excel in her studies and she did. Those expectations grew, and she was expected to carry them into the potential of future fields of work. This became a drag to the naive Navi, who looked at it as more of a drag when she could be doing much more interesting things with her time. Navi wanted something different than her parents expected of her, she wanted to be popular and so she took up on reading romance novels, joining the cheer team as a flyer, and spreading gossip with her friends around school. It was good fun, and she even found a way to help her family by assisting them with organization methods that worked for them within their personal career's and stocks. In the passing of time, Navi found herself interested in writing when a friend of hers had asked if she had ever tried to write some of the stories she spoke about. 

Never having given it a shot, she tried her hand at making a love story about that friends current relationship and the cons and pro's of the drama of love. Having been a success to her tiny audience, she was asked for more content.  It was a hit with her friends, and some of the girls wanted stories with boys they had never even been with because they were taken. Navi... who was not taking a problem with this awkward request, wrote the stories and found herself becoming strangely intrigued by the complex scenario's she could throw them in. Her friends suggested getting an alias, and soon enough 'Loving Legends' was born on the internet. It was on a small public site at first, where she would write one shot after one shot honing her skills as a writer before she started taking commissions to see if she can even make money writing for people. 

Becoming even more bored with her family's goals, she would often daydream about which people she would pair up for her next story. Writing the pairs down as she thought of them so she could get to them later. Her family sure was annoyed that Navi wasn’t paying attention, but they were well off anyways. They pulled some string to get her a job as a secretary, where it ended up she was touch bossy and a bit mouthy. Threatening the CEO to reveal information is she didn’t get her way.  To save face with her family, she got moved to records, where she could be left to her own devices. Allowed to organize and clean as much as she wanted.  She would go home and use her time to start a new project...the loving legends podcast and radio programs. 

Having a lot of free time, she eventually picked up a home in a quiet little town known as Springleaf. She took a job in town hall records. Knowing she would have a lot of time and a bit of access to possible new characters. Writing down the species she would go home and write more potential characters for her podcast. She has become proud of her little side hobby.

Trivia:

She has a very good memory, now how she misconstrues that memory is a different story. She never names people in her stories, but she does have descriptions for people’s imagination.

Her radio is not an official channel, she can make the frequency using the communication abilities as a Dedenne.  

She hates it being really dirty and loves to organize and clean. SHe likes everything looking spic and span as well as perfect. This is only for her room and the records. She tries to ignore most other messes in the building.

Navi likes driving drones and other small replica models of vehicles. She also seems to have road rage and will revert back to a snob to make someone move faster...and or whip them with iron tail.

She does not ship herself often...mostly because most pokemon she knows are much larger than her.  She doesn't believe it’s gonna work. It’s okay that is why she ships

Navi understands morse code, common, and can even communicate through sign languages. As a dedenne she can communicate long distances using her whiskers. She can also pinpoint other electric pokemon as well as communicate through electrical impulses.
