A commission for Daerc on FA! He wanted me to make a painting of his character in front of the grand staircase of the Britannic- one of the Titanic's sister ships.

Here is what he wrote in the description on FA:
"Now this is something you don't usually see from me, huh?

Well, I am a massive Oceanliner nerd and of course was fascinated by the RMS Titanic. So when I found out that there was a third Ship of its class, I got hooked very early. Now what you see here is the Grand Staircase of RMS Britannic....... if she survived WW1 that is. Sadly, due to sheer bad luck, and some incompetence on her crew, Britannic was lost on November 21st 1916 as a Hospital Ship. So, no one knows how exactly she would have looked as a Passenger liner, but we can dream.

And that is what Darren is doing right now, just one of his SFW day-dreams. Imagining the sheer beauty this Ship could have been. Sometimes its weird when you feel nostalgic for something you never even witnessed yourself, isn't it?"

This is... definitely the most complex commission I've ever created- by far. Whew! Now I need a break, haha.
