umm uhh i made a wyrm dragon :3

his name's Doctor Finnick Wernicke, and he's lost his marbles a little bit.

he lost his arms in a laboratory accident, in order to prevent the worst damage he had to catch something radioactive out of the air,
which eventually lead to his arms nearly entirely ceasing function, and requiring amputation. fellow scientists developed him the robotic arms he currently posesses.
