This one is rather interesting since it’s a blend of a scan of a drawing I made with copic markers, edited in photoshop. The background papers correspond to papers from a photo I took and turned into a brush.
I used to do this mix of media quite a lot. I wasn’t too used to drawing on the drawing tablet I had, so I would often scan sketches to do lineart over, and even use the marker lines from a scanned drawing as the lines for my digital drawing.
Nowadays I don’t really have the time nor energy for such elaborate processes, but I’m happy I had the chance to experiment like this, as I remember it being pretty fun. Maybe it could inspire me for my future art.
