OC: Blair

Though Blair is predominantly known as the protector deity of outcasts, they're also associated with water, dreams, night, moon and healing. One of the bloodlines in their dragonic ancestry belongs to dragons of the deepest depths of the sea, and while Blair's body is not optimal for living in the water, there is a sense of belonging they feel in it.
