Cynthia was with her lover Sakura as she was working on a spell inspired by Arabian Nights. Sakura agreed to the challenge and began working on a new temporary spell. Cynthia watched in glee until a big burst of this energize smoke covered the room and her vision. When she came to, she noticed the ladies in the room were now genies, including herself. She blushed as while she really liked her attire with this more princess-like vibe, she saw her blue tail connected to her once rosary now vessel.

I've always had this idea of Cynthia being a genie for a while but could never get it down. I even looked at a very old image of Atlantia (her mother) as a genie but that no longer fit. Good thing I looked at her bio and saw "Dream Job: Princess," and that settled in everything. You can easily see the princess design aspects of the attire, even with the poofy shoulders and tiara. I also wanted to keep her wings but within the design not her actual wings, so if you look close at her cuffs, you can see the reminense of them.
