I knew at some point I wanted to draw Confetti Cookie in a jester costume. Confetti is a derivative of Angel. The jester costume had to happen. I drew primary inspiration from Shadow Milk Cookie and First Sprinkle Cookie, and I wanted to emphasize the pink and sprinkle details. He turned out absolutely adorable and I love him.
