I have been considering revamping my Keyblade Ponies fanfic with a smaller cast and more focused plotline. Originally Riku was going to be an Earth pony like I originally drew him, but I was looking through some other fanart with a similar concept for inspiration and saw something with Riku as a batpony? Honestly, I was surprised that I hadn't considered that before. Granted, I think I wasn't as familiar with the franchise when I was working with that original fanart and fanfic concept, so I shouldn't be too shocked it didn't cross my mind.

The disguise names are so they'd "fit in" more while exploring the pony world. I wanted the names I picked to have similarities to their actual names so their "nicknames" wouldn't be too jarring. KH Penelope was originally an alicorn, but I changed her to a unicorn so there'd be more balance. I'd rather limit alicorn characters where I can considering there's not too many to begin with, and if I do rewrite the story, I'd want to include my existing pony OCs. I'm really proud of the name Penultimate Midnight? It's such a kickass name. I also think everyone's colors, coats, and cutie marks all turned out nice.
