KH Penelope as she appears in Re: Kingdom Hearts 3, which at the time of posting this has not been started. I think 3 will be the seventh installment of the Re: Kingdom Hearts series when I get there (I'm omitting a Re: Birth by Sleep; very minimal changes to the overall plot would be made). I'm probably going to reimagine 3 more when I write the story and work on it. There was a lot about the game and its story that I wish had... more. Re:Mind did sort of help, but there will be more changes in 3 (overall story beats will be the same but I want to have more time for the final battle prep among other things).

Besides tying up some details, I wanted Penelope to have more cohesiveness to the others, especially with the design updates and changes in 3. In Re: Kingdom Hearts 3, after finishing up her own Mark of Mastery-esque exam, Penelope tries to embrace her role more. Her large coat is meant to be more of a symbol of that besides having more presence of black, white, and gray in her outfit. I hate hand-drawing patterns, but I think the plaid to tie back into everyone else helps make her look more cohesive.
I'm also hoping to redraw and redesign KH Zia and KH Maria, but I will get there when I get there.
