So my friend Alli (@necromite on dA) has a character named Queen Symphonia. She's inspired by the Shadow Queen from Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. I have a Symphonia. So naturally, like Thorn and Queen, the Symphonias had to be depicted together.

I did try to split them on the page accordingly. I initially wanted to have them in a circular arrangement but that didn't work the way I wanted to. If you're familiar with Symphonia Sirena (my emotion-feeding siren character), one thing that is evident is that she's depicted in an unusual color. I usually draw her exclusively in blues and greens, but she is usually adorned in pearls in some way. With working on her backstory, one development is that she's a runaway from the mermadic aristocracy and is originally from the Conch du Pearl family. They primarily wear whites, yellows, and golds. Also I thought Symphi wearing whites and yellows would be better for contrast here. It almost looks like they may be trying to make a deal or some kind. Who knows?
