This sucks in fumes created while soldering, so I don't have to breathe them in.
The casing was created by me with a 3D pen. Soldering was also done by me.
I once heard it's recommended to have an active carbon air filter when soldering, so I used an old 12V fan, connected a step-up-converter (MT3608) and a rechargable 9V battery with a switch and made a holder using my 3D-Pen. At some point, I replaced the battery with an old LiPo-battery from another broken device and connected a micro-USB charger (03962A).
Worked very well so far. ^^
The device is actually a few years old now and often used, so I had to repair it in a couple spots by now...
