Styrofoam cutter that works on a micro-USB connector.
I made the frame with a 3D-pen (PLA). The electronics consists of a switch, control LED, a simple step-up converter, a fuse and regular heating wire which is tightened with a spring and wrapped on a little coil. The casing can be opened with screws for maintenance.
