I probably sound like a broken record player at this point with how much I've been harping on about censorship, but we live in interesting times....

Point is, about a month ago I put up a PDF of my NSFW comic for sale on itchio. However, as you probably already know, a conservative group has been pressing credit card companies and payment processors to be more strict with their adult content policies. First, they managed to get Steam to delist a bunch of 18+ games, all under false claims. And now they've gotten itchio too.

So several NSFW games and books were delisted, which means that they don't show up in search results, and thus have decreased visibility. Because of this, I've joined this bundle with 11 other creators!

A lot of us rely on itch's search and tagging system to get out stuff out there, so this was a huge blow to the indie publishing community. This bundle focuses on books, not games, but I still urge you to check it out.

Several of these books are NSFW, however some of them aren't. They got delisted simply because they have queer characters, or deal with mature themes like abuse from a survivor's perspective. I think this should give you an idea of what kind of ideals these conservative groups hold...
