i meant to post these kind of weekly but then i forgot. oops. anyways here is the initial form of that alucard i really enjoyed, along with a fast melinoë sketch i did before it that had me like "wow! i get everything i think", so that was a very encouraging art day. for the next few days i mostly just kept at alucard until i got to the version i posted earlier. some time later i saw a rabbit on the way to work and did a rough study of it from a picture i took. this is where i started really settling in to working with the preset gray palette in notes because with sometimes only a few minutes to spare, picking out colors can take up a lot of time
