Our team still loved the idea of a ‘jetset’ styled robot dystopia. This time with it being placed in sci-fi Miami. Citizens in this world are so normalized to giant robots constantly invading the city that they complain when picked up. An alien robot race invades to consistently cause comically evil trouble, and you are tasked as one of the robot pilots hired to defend the city which is dealing with their nuisance.

I should advise I didn't create the paint overs for this. It was done by my amazing and highly talented animation lead. But I had helped with the assets already prebuilt in this scene such as the buildings, the giant weapons, the trees and building posters, etc. His paint overs were exactly what we wanted to add more of and we had so many ideas we wanted to throw into this.
