There have been many claims throughout the years of encounters with deadly Hoop Snakes. However, proof thereof is hard to come by, and further still it's difficult for our researchers to pinpoint whether the Hoop Snake is a genus on it's own, or a mutation that occurs naturally in some species of snake.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

The creature does exist, though samples are hard to come by. Agents have confirmed sightings more than once, but the creature is faster than agents on-foot when in hoop-form, and dangerous in that venom samples are unavailable.
