They are a figure skater, and a noble from Elenion which is the elven Kingdom of Dystheria.

They met Oscar at their all boys boarding school and Haru introduced Oscar to the ice before Oscar’s eyesight became impaired. Oscar took on the fem role as he was small and easy to pick up.
