I drew Lapis Lazuli from Steven Universe as she's actually my favorite character(don't ask me why, I just do) back in 2019 from Deviantart.

I'm afraid I am not too good of the water effects. :/ Trying to make waves and ripples but it came out pretty weird. I need to work on it more then. :shrug:

I used Adorkastock pic from Deviantart for reference pose

I used Shirani water tutorial from Deviantart for her wings and waves. The rest were from other tutorial sites.
