This is a character I've been thinking about for a while, though it's more like a re-interpretation; this is my concept of the Devil a.k.a Satan a.k.a Lucifer. Now, similar to the religious concept of the Christian God composing of three forms at once (the Trinity), Satan is also a Trinity of three personalities, each with distinct appearance. Dante's Inferno illustrated this idea by giving Satan three faces on a single body, and I have expanded on his concept.

Serpent - A fish and snake hybrid with gleaming golden scales; the great tempter
Raptor - A bird and dinosaur hybrid who wears a skull and cloak; the great macabre
Goat - A human and goat hybrid of crimson fur and batlike wings; the great overlord

For these three designs, Satan can manifest as only one of them at any one time. They also have a "whole" form that more resembles their description in Inferno. It looks horrific. But also very badass. Managing three personalities in one body is a lot of work especially if you're the Lord of Hell.
