Moondapple is a fiery, energetic, and somewhat egotistical warrior. in his old clan, Moondapple started his warrior training early with the help of one of his friends, long before he was officially made an apprentice. his leader never found out, though some of the adult warriors who knew let it slide.

despite not really caring about Starclan stuff, Moondapple enjoys watching the night sky and often wonders what it's like to be near the real stars. he is close friends with Sleuthheart and helps him gain confidence in himself. Moondapple also seems to have a tense relationship with Duskheart, most of the clan being unsure of why. he appears to feel disappointment and anger towards Duskheart's sullen and depressed behavior.

like Loudclaw, Nighttrick often messes with him to make him angry, being hot-tempered and quick to argue.
