One of few big studies of my dragons that I did for a diploma. It's 100x70cm pencil on paper. Still not finished I think, but maybe publishing and staring at it will motivate me to work. Picture is poor quality but that's something I'll struggle with for some time, before I find a better way to take them.
Ir-korians can't really remove their armor, but it doesn't hurt to study them as if it didn't exist. Maybe I'll make a character born without it as a tribute.
I doubt that raised paw is bending correctly but too late to change that, I'll mostly work on shading, ears and material beneath.
Anyway this species is based mostly on big cats, although probably nothing really points at it visually xD
