Prince is sort of the protagonist of the story. There are many POVs but he ties down most important characters together and leads the action.
Ambitious, fiery and efficient yet the worst candidate for a head of the country. I should probably ramble about him more in his reference sheet.
His name is a little immersion breaking because the title itself is not existent in the story. I'll probably find somethin more appropriate when I'll fully describe the political system. Either way it fits for now. It's a mocking nickname given to him by his peers in childhood. Despite coming from a tough, work focused environment, he always fancied rich stuff, wanting to drown himself in the splendor of their ridiculous clothes.

I love their paws. I still struggle with drawing them and their anatomy changes constantly because I can't decide, but still ahh!
